Virgin APN settings for Windows

Virgin Internet & MMS APN settings

Go to App list, tap Settings Network & Wireless Cellular & SIM

In Cellular, select your SIM card
Select Properties

Under Internet APN select Add an Internet APN

Profile name: Virgin 2
APN: general.t-mobile.uk
User name: user
Password: pass
Type of sign-in info:
IP type: IPv4

Enable Use this APN for LTE and replace the one from my mobile operator


Proxy server (URL):
Proxy port:

Tap Save


In Cellular, select your SIM card
Select Properties
Under MMS APN select Add an MMS APN

Profile name: Virgin 2
APN: general.t-mobile.uk
User name: user
Password: pass
Type of sign-in info:
IP Type: IPv4
Proxy server: 149.254.201.135
Proxy port: 8080
MMSC (URL): http://mmsc.t-mobile.co.uk
MMSC port: 8002
Maximum MMS size (KB): 2048

Tap Save.

On Windows, APN settings should be entered in correct case. For example, if you are configuring your APN setting with Virgin Internet & MMS APN settings configuration above, make sure you enter APN as general.t-mobile.uk and not as GENERAL.T-MOBILE.UK or General.t-mobile.uk. If entering Virgin Media Mobile Internet to your Windows device, APN should be entered as goto.virginmobile.uk and not as GOTO.VIRGINMOBILE.UK or Goto.virginmobile.uk.
